The Role
The Email Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for managing a number of client accounts with day to day contact advising on email marketing strategy, projects and technical insight on email campaigns. You will be expected to build strong relationships with your clients, understand your clients business goals and email marketing strategy and work with them to achieve their email marketing objectives. Responsibilities Include:

• Define and develop email marketing strategies, projects and initiatives for well known clients
• Providing technical insight to assist in development of proposals
• Presenting technical solutions in support of the sales process
• Definition and documentation of technical solution
• Overseeing the set up and roll out of solution
• Coordinating production through internal teams (eg. HTML coders, database admin,
engineering etc)
• Managing the customer support process for all technical and operational issues
• Analysis of marketing data and interpretation of results
• Performing regular account reviews for assigned clients

Your Profile
As the Email Marketing Account Manager you will have experience in a client facing role. You MUST also have experience in direct marketing/email marketing to be suitable for this role.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• At least 2 years work experience, preferably in agency, web development or e-marking
• technology role
• Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of Web and database marketing technology
• Excellent presentation skill
