Email Marketing Consultant – Leading European Email Marketing Company

The Company
A leading Email Marketing and Online Communication company with offices across Europe are now looking for a motivated and hard working Email Marketing Consultant to work in the London office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced email marketing consultant with extensive work experience in online and direct marketing. You will work with an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients in entertainment and retail to improve their email marketing campaigns. In this position you are working closely with clients in order to optimise their marketing strategy. The focus is put on email marketing whereas many projects imply the review and analysis of all marketing activities.

The Role
You will be responsible for the conception and development of large scale email marketing campaigns for global blue chip clients. This is a brand new role for this company so requires someone with good strategic acumen, innovative ideas and extensive experience in delivering winning email, eCRM, and customer retention campaigns to drive the consultancy services forward for this leading email marketing company.

• Coordinate and facilitate email production
• Preparation of project documentation and briefs
• Manage relating client projects
• Troubleshooting and proactively solving problems
• Proofreading and amending email copy (HTML and XHTML), where required
• Ensuring that order requests are processed completely and accurately
• Building on existing technical knowledge and initiating new procedures for emailing
• Loading and managing mailing data files for email campaigns
• The ability to manage the workload of a Campaign Assistant

Your Profile
You MUST have work experience in a consulting role for international companies with strong expertise in email marketing, eCRM & database driven direct marketing .
Degree in a Business Science (marketing, consulting, management) .
Extensive experience in direct and online marketing .
Strong analytical skills.
Very strong presentation skills.
