Email Marketing Technical Account Manager – Leading Email Marketing Company – up to £30K with excellent benefits.

The Role

The e-mail Marketing Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing a number of Tier-1 client accounts with day to day contact regarding anything from campaign set-up, deployment or reporting. Your client base will be German so candidates must be fluent in oral and written German to be considered for this role. You will be expected to build strong relationships with your clients, understand your clients business goals and email marketing strategy and work with them to achieve their email Marketing objectives.

Responsibilities Include:

· First stage contact and support for all client queries regarding campaign set up, process and management

· Participate in QA process to ensure that client is satisfied with the campaign progress

· Provide weekly/daily account updates to account team and/or client

· Attend account meetings to ensure that aims of campaign are being met and delivered

· Participating in new hire and existing team training

· Managing the customer support process for all technical and operational issues

· Performing regular account reviews for assigned clients

Your Profile

As the Email Marketing Technical Account Manager you will have experience in a client facing role. You must also have experience in email marketing to be suitable for this role. In addition;

· Educated to degree level or equivalent

· Oral and written German absolutely essential

· At least 2 years work experience, preferably in agency, web development or e-marketing technology role

· Campaign management experience

· Strong understanding of Web and database marketing technology

· Excellent presentation skills
