Senior Marketing Database Consultant

The position we’re recruiting for
As part of the Consulting Services team, the Senior Consultant will provide professional hands-on implementation and technical advice to colleagues, partners, and customers to ensure the successful implementation of Campaign Management and Analytics based solutions.
Your responsibilities will include
-Customer requirements gathering -Undertaking a lead role in the delivery of projects, -Providing technical expertise and support to clients and partners -Providing constructive feedback and support for ongoing improvement of development methodologies and products -Ensuring that knowledge transfer occurs enabling clients/partners to further develop the solution -Being commercially aware of the Scope of Work and delivering within budget and in accordance with documented expectations
This role requires a self-starting capable team player with business and IT skills. You must be able to work in a professional manner with clients and at all times remain focused on key Professional Services goals, primarily brand protection, financial effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Consultants may be required to work on multiple projects, possibly across multiple time zones in a lead and/or technical role providing advice and guidance to multiple customers and partners at the same time.
What we’re looking for
The role requires experience in the design and configuration of Marketing Database solutions. You’ll need to have a good understanding of Customer Database processes (e.g. Single Customer View creation) and concepts such as data modeling, segmentation and selection.
-Comprehensive knowledge of CRM or Campaign Management solutions and functions and operational components -Industry experience with Marketing Database Solutions -Understanding of software development processes, languages and tools. -Good experience of relational database solutions -Experience in database design and data analysis tools -Good understanding of Windows operating systems and files systems
-Strong interpersonal skills and the natural ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, and develop relationships, with both technical and non-technical personnel in a confident and friendly manner.
